Array Averages Calculator This tool allows you to batch calculate averages on an unlimited sets of values. This is useful when doing replicates and compiling the average. You can use it for whatever list of results you have, not only on microarrays.	Array Organizer This tool allows you to compare and organize intensities or ratios for the same ORF for several probes or comparisons.
Array List Labelizer This tool allows you to associate descriptions and other texts to an ordered list of labels (ex: A ORF gene list). It keeps the order and associate description from a flat database you provide.
